- the shape of the trainer is deliberately slim, so if you want more comfort in width, we recommend that you go up a size,
- this is particularly true for men's feet, which are often wider: you should choose a size above your usual size.
Please note that our model is designed to be very comfortable, with a thick insole that will mould to your foot when you wear your trainers.

It's always possible to change the insole for a thinner one if you want more comfort.
